Abstract

The paper considers the solution of an urgent scientific problem—the study and analysis criterion quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) indicators perception of the multifractal nature traffic differentiated by classes using the theory of fuzzy sets (Fuzzy sets) and fuzzy logic (Fuzzy logic). These tasks are related to the development heterogeneous streaming model of multiservice telecommunication networks, taking into account the property self-similarity useful and service traffic when rendering various classes multimedia services. The multicriteria tasks multiservice telecommunication networks (MTN) are analyzed based on the architectural concept subsequent NGN (Next Generation Network) and future networks FN (Future Networks) using information and communication technologies (ICT), which are based on the theory of fuzzy sets. A new approach to monitoring the quality of service indicator QoS and the quality of experience criterion QoE multimedia traffic using fuzzy logic apparatus is proposed. On the basis of the new approach, a streaming model and a system fuzzy inference are proposed, membership functions and rules fuzzy products are defined taking into account the numerous requirements QoS and QoE multimedia traffic and the quality of state CS (Current Service) communication channel. In this paper, we investigate the formulation of the problem and propose new approaches to its solution.
