Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic triggered a sharp digital transformation of the economy. Companies were forced to move toward a more active implementation of digital technologies in key business processes: switch to remote sales channels and remote work. Digital technologies have ensured the resilience of many companies in a crisis and created new competitive advantages. The innovative business’s potential was partially redirected to the creation of effective solutions to fighting COVID-19 social and economic consequences.
