Abstract
The purpose of the article is to target, analyze and examine the leverages that would facilitate the improved version of the management of science and research process with the implications of creativity component. In the Republic of Moldova both the scientific community and the status of things on the R &D sector and science has confirmed and certified ups and deeper downs in different periods. Thus the article presents the overview of the reforms, their impact on the sectors evolution and comes up with identifications of key priorities and proposals of concrete recommendations on strengthening the infrastructure, financial strategy, business and science pillars. The authors emphasize the need to increase the key performance indicators for the evolution of the R &D sector and science in the Republic of Moldova that represents the quintessence to the knowledge development through a correlated synchronization of management and creativity. The authors also conclude the relevance of the strategic state policies directives oriented towards the EU Program to which Moldova could be progressively integrated, on the one hand, and on the other the effect of bringing the creativity as a component to managerial process of research and science will contribute to development and sustainability on the institutional, infrastructure and financial frames.
