Abstract
This report takes into consideration smart parking systems in the context of Smart City. In the introduction part main terms used through the work are specified, then the potential IoT threats are included. Next sections analyse four different smart parking systems, found in literature. After every analysis some conclusions regarding the pros and cons of each parking system were given. Afterwards, an investigation of technologies used in IoT systems (including smart parking systems) is provided. Then, the example sets of tests are included. The work is ended with a section comparing the four algorithms altogether.
