Algorithms and Solutions Based on Computer Technology

Abstract

In the article the technique and algorithm for group expert innovative processes evaluation based on analityc hierarchy process (AHP) is suggested. It is reasonable for support decision-making in the innovative processes execution within the framework of scientific and industrial cooperation and taking into account the specifics of the initial stages innovative processes implementation. The key elements of this methodology will be an innovative evaluation of different directions, the result of which is a quantitative and qualitative innovative processes assessment. The application of the developed methodology will improve the objectivity, efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making in group expert innovative processes evaluation, will avoid parametrically and organizationally uncertain stages of expert’s negotiations in the conditions of incompleteness and unreliability of relevant information.
