Abstract
As the core scientific and technological force in the new era, big data has a subversive impact on all walks of life. The deep combination of education and big data is the objective requirement of the development of the times. Public Sports is a compulsory course, and teaching evaluation has an important impact on college students’ physical quality and sports concept. The evaluation of public sports education teaching driven by big data can timely feedback the evaluation results and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching. Based on the technology of big data, this paper designed the working process which consisted of data source confirmation, data collection, data pre-processing, data storage, data analysis and data visualization. It also designed the implementation plan of “multiple dimensions, multiple factors and multiple levels”, and put forward the reform strategy of public sports teaching evaluation so as to improve the teaching of public sports in an all-round way.
