Abstract

The ever-increasing development of the market economy has increased the importance of wholesale and retail companies and enterprises located in different geographical areas to use the database of corporate information systems integrated through a single, Internet network in an efficient and coordinated manner. One of the most pressing issues is the creation of a database of corporate information systems and quality analysis of data in the database in order to allow management staff to prepare daily and analytical reports and improve the quality of the decision-making process. The information used in management and decision-making processes in these types of systems is not only numerically, but also difficult to formalize, fuzzy, and vague, which places special demands on the description and processing of data. The article considers the objects of the database of corporate information systems and the relations between them as a model described in the form of fuzzy sets and associations. The processing algorithm is described in terms of the description of fuzzy queries in the form of fuzzy associations. In addition to the software corporate information systems, the general structure of the fuzzy query processing software system has been developed. The development of a separate modular format for processing fuzzy queries is justified in terms of its flexibility and efficiency in meeting the wishes and desires of users.
