Abstract
Ensuring digital economic security of the Russian Federation (RF) is to be associated with the transition to new forms of interaction between states, businesses, and citizens. The initiatives of this development, requiring cooperation between the state and business, are provided in the framework of the Digital Economy Program. The active participation of the state in the processes of digital transformation allows bringing the economy of the country to a new level. Economic competition between countries nowadays develops into a rivalry for human resources, investment, and the presence of technology companies in states. The current modernization of industry requires a greater use of digital technology in enterprises of various sectors of the economy. The development of approaches and measures for stimulating Russian economic security directly depends on a clear and precise view of the reorientation of Russian domestic production and foreign economic cooperation with other states on the intensive paths of the digital economy. The key to protecting and strengthening economic independence is a sustainable and developing export policy, a thoughtful and variable import policy.
