Abstracts

The article is devoted to connections of matrix representations of the DNA alphabets of 16 doublets and 64 triplets with sparse matrices of oblique projection operators. The article shows that sums of pairs of such genetic projection operators have useful features for modeling genetically inherited biological phenomena including, in particular, cyclic processes and parallelization of control processes related to different parameters of holistic multi-parameter biological systems. It is noted that many scientific fields use mainly orthogonal projectors but the described approach to model the genetic system uses non-orthogonal projectors in multi-dimensional configuration vector spaces. Different features of this model approach related to logistics of interrelations of different parts of inherited biological phenomena are discussed.
