Abstract
As the core of enterprise management, financial management plays an important role in improving the economic benefits and sustainable development of enterprises. This paper mainly studies the current situation analysis and future trend of financial management development in the era of big data. This paper selects five aspects of strategic planning, information system, process reengineering, operation management and personnel management as the key factors to evaluate the financial sharing ability of a company. Through the four dimensions of quality, efficiency, cost and security, it divides five first level indicators, 20 second level indicators and 51 third level indicators to quantify. According to the expert’s suggestion, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of all levels of indicators of the standard financial sharing center and sort them. At the same time, the employees who use the service platform of the sharing center are asked to score the ability of the Financial Sharing Center. The data show that the cumulative contribution rates of the main factors are 85.157%, 85.744% and 86.225% respectively. The results show that the financial management reform is of great practical significance to improve the economic efficiency and sustainable development of enterprises.
