Abstract
Construction project management is a complex and tedious task that runs through the entire construction project production activities and involves a large number of information resources, which are also the basis of construction project management. Based on this, in order to ensure the effectiveness of construction project management, project management concepts are gradually applied to it, to improve the effectiveness and standardization of construction project management, and to ensure that the project construction is in the best state. However, in the process of integrated application of project management concepts in construction engineering management, through the use of BIM cloud platform in project information integration and collaborative utilization of modern management concepts, management methods, management methods, etc., the level of construction engineering management has been improved and the construction has been realized.
