Abstract

This article considers the process of digital transformation on the economy and society in the Russian Federation. Digital transformation is a total technological shift that is already obvious and undeniable. A statistical analysis of the process of digital transformation of the economy and how society faces this process is the main substrate of this study, the purpose of which is to show the level of growth of digital transformation in business and companies, as well as in human capital in Russia. The digital transformation process is perceived differently by governments and people in general. This article presents some strategies and projects created by the Russian Government to ensure digitalization in all sectors of the economy and society. The article highlights the main directions of creating conditions contributing to the formation of the ecosystem of the digital economy of Russia. Digital transformation of business, digital transformation of the government, and digital transformation of the labor market are considered as such conditions.
