Abstract
Anaphylaxis is an acute, severe, potentially life-threatening, multisystem syndrome [1]. It is characterized by the release of mast cell- and basophil-derived mediators into the circulation [2]. It manifests as rapidly progressing airway, breathing, or circulatory problem and is usually, although not always, associated with skin and mucosal changes [3].
