Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide better Suggestions for human resource management (HRM) combined with information technology through the innovative research on the integration of HRM and big data technology. Firstly, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of big data, and the changes and impacts of big data on HRM. The feasibility, module and analysis of the application of big data in HRM are analyzed. Then, this paper draws on large Internet company in human resources data in terms of practice, and in combination with the practical situation of small and medium-sized enterprises of A company, analyzes the era of big data in the field of HRM, innovation and development, according to the results of A company human resources management innovation mode participation rate rose to 75%, for the informatization of HRM mode provides A good template.
