Abstract
In order to realize automotive electric car system in snow country, various road state information including dry, wet, slush, snowy, icy states on the road are determined in realtime using various environmental sensors. These state information is not only exchanged directly between EVs through V2X, but also collected into cloud servers on Internet and organized as wide area road state information platform for ordinal users to know road stat using smartphone and tablet terminals. In this paper, the basic consideration of system architecture, crowd sensing, V2X communication system, prototype system and GIS system of Road State Information Platform are precisely discussed.
