Abstract
Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) is a common condition of unknown etiology that typically presents with spondylophytes of the lower thoracic spine. The lesions may show increased uptake on late-phase bone scan, and hybrid imaging can avoid confusion with metastatic disease or osteophytes seen in primary osteoarthritis.
