Abstract

Today achieving goals of a company and successful solution of tasks is possible only with proper management system of operational production planning, application of a systematic approach, and with modern achievements of science and technology. Therefore, one of the main tasks of the enterprise is to find effective tools for the development of the system of operational and production planning. The subject of research are organizational-economic relations arising in the process of production activity of the enterprise. The role of the operational and production planning system at the industrial enterprise in the formation of an effective planning strategy was defined as theoretical aspects in current work. The essence, objectives, and tasks of operational and production planning at the enterprise are defined. Methods and stages of operational and production planning at the enterprise are systematized. In the study the analysis of the current state and development of the system of operational and production planning at the enterprise LLC “Promelectro”, which showed the need to develop the system operational and production planning to improve the efficiency of production activities at the enterprise, as well as the entire system. For the exclusion of the identified problems, operational production planning was developed for Promelectro LLC.
