Abstract

The article deals with the problem of formation of a healthy lifestyle in the conditions of expansion of negative external influences. A healthy lifestyle is a complex organized system that includes both subjective and objective factors aimed at maintaining the health of the human body and improving the quality of life. As part of the study of this problem, the attitude of young people in the far East region to energy drinks was investigated. The results of the study indicate that the main problem in the mass consumption of energy among young people is not lack of awareness about their composition and potential harm to health, but also the need for the formation of a worldview focused on the adoption of healthy lifestyle practices. Moreover, the process of formation itself is a complex phenomenon, which should be based not only on active awareness, but also on the introduction of relevant practices at all levels of social life.
